I have heard learned APP for the respondent-State. By an order dated 01/11/2018, this Court has imposed the condition that the applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month on First Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till further orders. 2.

The applicant has abided by the condition. The trial is yet to commence. For last 4 years, the applicant is attending the police station. The condition can be relaxed. 3.
