Heard on the Civil Application No. 2551 of 2016. Through this Civil Application the Applicant is seeking recall of para 7 of the order dated 27th July, 2016 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 1815 of 2016 whereby while disposing of the Civil Application in the said para 7 instead of recording that "Civil Application stands Vishal Parekar 1/2

901-caw-2551-2016 disposed of", it has been recorded that the "Petition stands disposed of". The error appears to be typographical.

In the circumstances, we recall para 7 of the order dated 27th July, 2016 and instead of "Accordingly the Petition stands disposed of" we modify the same by recording that "Accordingly the Civil Application No. 1815 of 2016 stands disposed of". 4.

The order dated 27th July, 2016 passed in Civil Application No. 1815 of 2016 stands corrected to the aforesaid extent only. 5.

Accordingly the Civil Application No. 2551 of 2016 stands disposed of.
