This application is filed seeking direction to the Respondents to state on affidavit whether they have complied with the order dated 21st November 2016 passed in Criminal Application No. 510 of 2015. The said application, being Criminal Application No. 510 of 2015 was disposed of by this Court in the light of statement made by learned APP that investigation into 58 FIRs would be completed and charge-sheet / report would be filed within the period of 6 to 8 months from the date of order.

Mr. Ponda, learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that number of FIR has increased to 74 from 58. He submitted that out of 74 FIRs, investigation into 73 FIRs has been completed and patilsr 1 / 2 by Sachin Ramchandra Patil Date: 2018.09.19 18:06:25 +0530 Sachin Ramchandra Patil

appropriate charge-sheet / reports have been filed in those FIRs. Learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that charge-sheet / report in one FIR could not be filed inasmuch as the investigating agency is awaiting for the FSL report. She submitted that investigating agency would be getting the said report by 15th October 2018 and thereafter within two weeks, appropriate charge-sheet / report would be filed before the competent Court of law. Statement is accepted. 3.

In the light of statement made by learned APP, Mr. Ponda fairly concedes that grievance raised in the present application no more survives. In that view of the matter, application is disposed of.
