The impugned order granting deemed conveyance is informed to have been already registered. As such, the petition has rendered infructuous.

The fact remains that the petitioner holds a decree claiming right of access through the property of the respondent-society. Such right of the Petitioner, in my opinion will not be disturbed by virtue of the document of deemed conveyance.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
