1] This is an application for modification of the condition with respect to attendance imposed upon the applicant while granting bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai by its Order dated 27th September 2015.

2] The record indicates that, by a subsequent Order dated 19.1.2016 the said condition of attendance was modified by the Trial Court. The record further indicates that, the application for further modification of the said condition has been turned down by the Trial Court by its Order dated 3.8.2017.

3] I find no error in the Order dated 3.8.2017 passed by the Trial Court. In view thereof, application is rejected. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) 1/1
