The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order dated 28th February, 2017 passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 1820 of 2016 in Second Appeal No. 905 of 2015, he has come with a Demand Draft of Rs.2,80,000/-. He further submits that there was no intention to violate the order passed by this Court, if any, the respondent tenders an apology. He further submits that the respondent has complied with the order dated 30th January, 2018 passed by this Court.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners accepts the said Demand Draft. He submits that the petitioners have no grievance against the respondent.

In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is disposed of, as the impugned order has complied with by the respondent and also the petitioners have no grievance against the respondent.
