By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking directions against the Respondents to take appropriate decision as per the Government Policy for his posting.

Mr. A.G. Ambetkar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, submits that the Petitioner had already made a representation dated 17th June 2019 to Respondent No.3, which is annexed to the Petition at page No.92-A. He submits that for last one year, Respondent No.3 failed and neglected to take appropriate decision on the said representation. He submits that Respondent No.3 may be directed to decide the said representation on its own merits.

In view of these facts, the following order is passed. a.

Respondent No.3 - The Chief Executive Ofcer, Raigad Zilla Parishad, Alibag, Dist. Raigad is directed to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 17th June, 2019, which is annexed to the Petition at page No.92-A on or before 24th November, 2020 and communicate the decision to the Petitioner in writing.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to serve the copy of this order on Respondent No.3 for taking appropriate steps. 2/3

No order as to costs.
