Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 2 August 2023 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai directing the petitioner (wife) to provide access of both sons to the respondent (husband) on every date fixed by the Court in the children complex. The petitioner is also directed to provide access of both the sons by video conferencing on every alternate day. 2.

The allegations against the parties on merits, including such allegations need to be adjudicated by the Court after giving opportunity to the parties to lead evidence. At this stage it is not possible to accept such submissions.

It is well settled that the access of both parents is in the interest of child. Every child is entitled to the love and affection of

Considering the nature of order passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, in my opinion, at this stage no reason to interfere with the order is made out.

The writ petition is, therefore dismissed. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
