Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

This is subsequent application seeking enlargement of bail in Crime No. 139 of 2012 registered at Tembhurni Police Station, Dist. Solapur. The applicant is being prosecuted under the provisions of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act, 1999. Previous application filed by the applicant was rejected on merits by an order dated 21/12/2016.

3.ba2387.19.doc Learned Counsel for the applicant fairly submits that as on today, approximately 32 witnesses have been examined by the prosecution.

Learned APP upon instructions submits that trial has been expedited and the High Court has directed that the trial to be concluded by April, 2020.

In the interest of justice, the trial is expedited. Learned Sessions Judge seized with the MCOCA Special Case No. 4 of 2013 at Pune shall make every endevour to conclude the trial before 30th April, 2020.

With these directions, the application stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
