Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted by the Court of Session by an order dated 6th June, 2023 in ABA/1246/2023 in connection with CR. 406 of 2023 registered with Tilaknagar Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 504 and 406 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code"). 3.

I have perused the allegations in the FIR as well as the reasons, which weighed with the learned Additional Sessions Judge to grant the pre-arrest bail. I do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. It is trite that an application for cancellation of bail stands on 1/2

111-APPLN205-2023.DOC a different footing than rejection of bail at the first instance. Very strong reasons are required to interfere in the order granting bail. Thus, no case is made out to entertain this application.

Moreover, the Court is informed that post completion of investigation the Investigating Officer has lodged the chargesheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 5.

Hence, the application stands rejected.
