Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Sub-Divisional Officer, Haveli Division, Pune to dispose of the petitioners' complaints/representations annexed at Exhibits - "B", "D", "G" and J" as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
The said complaints/representations shall be decided independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

In order to enable the Sub-Divisional Officer, Haveli Division, Pune to comply with the order, the petitioners shall remain present before him/her along with the copies of the said complaints/representation as well as copy of this order on 4th February, 2019, at 11.00 a.m..
