Our attention is drawn to the judgment and order dated 26.11.2015 passed by the learned District Judge-2 & Member of the M.A.C.T, Kalyan, by which the Motor Accident Claims Application No.222/2002 came to be dismissed. A copy of the same is placed before us by the learned Counsel Mrs. Gauri Gokhale working with Mr. A.M.Gokhale, who was the Junior of Shri M.V.Kotak, the learned Advocate who was appearing for the Appellant/Applicant who is no more.

In view thereof, the Letters Patent Appeal does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of. A copy of the judgment and order dated 26.11.2015 of the M.A.C.T, Kalyan is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.
