By this First Appeal, the Appellant Insurance Company is challenging the judgment and award dated 11th March, 2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Satara in MACT Application No. 60 of 2012, holding that the Respondents/Original Claimants are entitled compensation of Rs.14, 00,628/- along with interest @ 6% p.a. 4.
Learned counsel Ms. Poonam Mital for the Appellant submits that the Tribunal erred in coming to the conclusion that the Original Claimants are entitled compensation of Rs.14,00,628/-. She submits that the compensation awarded by the tribunal is at higher side. 5.

(b) Printing dispensed with.

(d) Learned counsel Mr. Ankush Saraf waives service for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5.
