Perused the prayer clause(c) of this civil application. In view of the order dated 15th March 2018 passed by the Apex Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. D-23708/2017, subject to the conditions mentioned in the said order, it is now permissible for the applicant to apply for grant of development permission to the Planning Authority. In the light of the order dated 15th March 2018, as of today, prayer for modification in terms of the prayer clause(c) need not be

cai95 considered. Therefore, as of today it is not necessary to entertain the prayer for intervention or impleadment.

Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.
