The learned counsel for respondent nos. 5 to 7 submitted that the order against which the breach is claimed is an interim order dated 24th June, 1993 passed by the learned Judge, City Civil Court, Mumbai. By the said order, respondent nos. 1 to 4 were directed not to dispose of the property in any manner, however, the said property was sold thereafter to respondent nos. 5 to 7. The learned counsel also informed that the suit was based on the oral agreement for specific performance. Thereafter the said Suit No. 1778 of 1990 was dismissed on 4th May, 2011. 2.

In view of this submission and as none present for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
