Learned counsel for respondent No.4 placed on record the copy of the Minutes of decision dated 20.8.2019 passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the Minutes of decision was not served on him. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has now handed over the copy of minutes of decision dated 20.8.2019.

Nothing survives for consideration in the present petition which was essentially challenging the show cause notice dated 23.03.2019 issued by respondent No.3. The matter is already before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee. It is open for the petitioner to approach the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee now that the order dated 20.8.2019 has been passed. All contentions are kept open.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 made a statement that as per the minutes of decision dated 20.8.2019, 11 months advance rent in lieu of transit accommodation will be deposited within two days after the petitioner provides the details of his bank account. Statement accepted.
