This is an application for intervention by the first informant Mr. Vivek Agarwal in CR No.332/2016 dated 1.7.2016 registered with Bandra Police Station, Mumbai. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No.1530 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the applicant herein within the stipulated period.
