The above Consent Terms are the consequence of the Consent Terms filed today in the companion Writ Petition No.9821 of 2012. The Consent Terms in the above Petition are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. In view of the exercise carried out in the companion Writ Petition No.9821 of 2012 of identifying the parties and recording their statements, it is not necessary to separately carry out the BGP.
