After having heard both sides we find that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Revisional Authority, namely, the respondent No.4 to dispose of the petitioners' pending Revision Application if not already disposed of within a period of three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No other direction or relief is sought. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of by clarifying that the Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the Revision Application or its maintainability.
