Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition. He states that in the interregnum, i.e. during the pendency of this Petition, the Inspector General of Stamps, has passed the final order, and as such the Petitioner intends to file a substantive Petition, challenging the said order.
