Heard Dr. Warunjikar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, learned AGP for Respondent No.1 and learned Counsel for Respondent No.3, who appears by waiving notice. There is no need to issue any notice to Respondent No.2, as no relief is claimed against the University.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner places reliance upon the directions issued by this Court on 1 February 2022 in Writ Petition No.7444 of 2021 and submits that purposes of this petition would stand served, if same directions are issued in this petition. We are of the view that the facts being similar, same directions can be issued also in this petition.

We, therefore, direct that this petition be sent to Respondent No.3 by treating it as representation made to Respondent No.3.

We further direct Respondent No.3 to consider the representation in the nature of this petition and take appropriate decision within a reasonable period of time and communicate the same to the Petitioner. If any additional material is to be placed for consideration of Respondent No.3, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to do so within a period of two weeks from the date of the order. 6.
