The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the suit was filed before the learned trial court in the year 1992 and is still pending. The Appeal from Order is already disposed of by this Court on 22 February 2016 and the suit has been directed to be expedited. 3.

In view of this and the fact that the suit is pending since the year 1992, the learned trial court is requested to expedite the 1 / 2

sg 51.ia19883-22.doc hearing of the suit and to dispose of the same within six months from the receipt of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate with the trial court in expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.
