The writ petition challenges order of interim maintenance. According to the wife, arrears of maintenance as of today are Rs.9,72,027/-. According to the husband, the arrears are to the tune of Rs.8 lakh. The husband is, therefore, directed to deposit an amount of Rs.5 lakh within six (6) weeks from today. 2.
