This is a subsequent application seeking enlargement on bail. The earlier application was withdrawn before this Court on 8th February, 2018 when the Court was not inclined to grant bail. The Applicant herein is in custody from 15th November, 2017 in Crime No. 514 of 2017 registered at Khed Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 120B r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In fact, there is no change in circumstance to consider the application on merits.

The learned APP, upon instructions, submits that in the present case the charge is framed.

The Learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No. 48 of 2017 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, KhedRajgurunagar shall make every endeavor to conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible by 30th October, 2019. 5.
