Diwate, PSI, Wakad Police Station, Pune submitted that, after conducting preliminary enquiry in the complaint dated 8th September, 2021, filed by the Petitioner, the investigating agency reached to the conclusion that, the dispute is of civil nature and therefore they did not lodge F.I.R. 2) In view thereof, Mr. Warunjikar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner, who is personally present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy, to file a private complaint before the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction.
