The sole Respondent- Vinayak Pujari has expired on 21st October 2009. A copy of death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat, Brahmapuri is annexed to the letter dated 27th March 2020 addressed by the Senior Police Inspector, Crime Branch, Solapur City. He has already been acquitted by the trial Court for the offences punishable under sections 7, 13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Hence, the Appeal stands dismissed. (S. M.
