The learned counsel for the Respondents submit that he would deposit the Demand Draft of Rs.1,20,00,000/- before the Trial Court within couple of days. His statement is accepted. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that keys of suit premises is already handed over to the Respondent on 25 February 2023.
