Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

The learned Counsels for the parties have tendered signed Consent Terms before the National Lok Adalat. The representative of the Appellant/Insurance Company and

2/3 Respondent Nos.1 and 2, Respondent No.3-Shrisai Shettyr being minor is represented by Respondent No.1 being father and natural guardian are present in Lok Adalat. They are identified by their respective Advocates. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. Consent Terms appear to have been executed voluntarily. Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The First Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. In view of disposal of First Appeal, the above Interim Applications do not survive and the same are also stand disposed of.

The impugned Award stands modified in accordance with the Consent Terms. Award be drawn accordingly. Refund of court fees, if any, be made as per rules. Statutory deposit be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal. The Tribunal shall permit the parties

3/3 to withdraw the amount in accordance with the Consent Terms.
