By the present Petition, Petitioner is seeking quashing of Special Case No. 188 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Sessions Judge at Thane arising out of CR No.I-406 of 2017 registered with Nayanagar Police Station, Bhayandar, District Thane.

At the outset, learned A.P.P. submitted that, in the present case i.e. Special Case No. 188 of 2018, the recording of evidence of prosecutrix is part-heard. That the Trial Court has now scheduled the next date of recording of evidence of other witnesses tomorrow i.e. on 18th March 2023. 4.
