The petitioners - original respondents No.4 & 5 are challenging the order dated 08/08/2019 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar disposing of Appeal No. 29 of 2015 in view of the Consent Terms filed between respondents No. 4 & 5 to this Petition.

41. wp 10170.19.doc Registrar. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners who were the original respondents No.4 & 5 were deleted from the array of respondents in Appeal No. 29 of 2015.

In this view of the matter as Appeal has been disposed of in terms of Consent Terms, the same will be binding only on the parties who are signatories to the Consent Terms and not on the petitioners. With this clarification, the Petition is rejected with no order as to costs.
