Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 complainant are jointly requesting this Court for quashing of FIR, which is under Sections 323, 325 and 504 of IPC. Accordingly, Respondent No.2 has given afdavit. 2.

It appears that the dispute arose out of vehicular accident on public road. Both were driving their cars. 3.

Before Court, Petitioner as also Respondent No.2 has undertaken to use breaks instead of blowing horn. We are satisfed with their bonafdes.

Therefore, accepting the joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
