This civil application has been moved by Mangaon Gram Panchayat for condonation of delay in filing the affidavit in compliance with the order dated 8 August 2014. 2.

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay is condoned and the time limit for filing the affidavit is extended till today. The affidavit is taken on record. ABS

Having regard to the fact that the affidavits on behalf of the respondents were filed way back in September 2014, it will be in the fitness of things that the respondents are directed to file affidavits reflecting the position as of 27/28 Feb. 2015. Accordingly all the respondents shall file fresh affidavits by 9 March 2015. Stand over to 12 March 2015.
