Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner has been instructed to apply for deletion of respondents no. 4 and 5 from the cause title of the writ petition as well as in the interim application. Statement is accepted. 2.

By the interim application, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks to implead State CET as respondent no.4 and also to make averments which are necessitated in view of the subsequent events and to include the prayer against respondent no.4. In the schedule in paragraph 21-A the word mentioned "respondent no.6" is to be corrected as "respondent no.4" by the applicant.

In our view, the State CET would be necessary party to the petition. Interim application is accordingly allowed. Amendment to be carried out in terms of draft amendment. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

Applicant is also directed to correct the cause title of respondent no.2. Amended copy shall be served upon the newly added party and also to respondents no.1 to 3 within 48 hours from today.

Interim application is disposed of in the above term. 7.
