Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for modifying the conditions imposed by this Court on July 7, 2021 while granting prearrest bail to the applicant. The applicant submits that he has abided by the conditions.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant has not diligently attended the concerned police station as per the directions.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that considering the distance of time from when the applicant was granted pre-arrest bail, there has been no application for cancellation of bail. Moreover, it is submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the applicant had applied to the Sessions Court for permission to travel abroad which permission was granted by the Sessions Court and the applicant has returned back.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, in my opinion, the condition no.(ii) of the operative portion of the order dated July 7, 2021 can be modified by directing the applicant to attend the concerned police station as and when called.

Rest of the conditions are kept intact.

The interim application is disposed of.
