Mr. Shah, the learned advocate for the petitioners states that in view of the order dated 29th April, 2014 passed in Revision Application No. 537 of 2011, the petition has become infructuous. The same is accordingly disposed off. The petitioner has deposited certain amounts in this court. Respondents no.1 and 2, who are the creditors of the petitioner are at liberty to withdraw that amount with interest accrued thereon. The withdrawal of the amount shall be subject to the proceedings pending in the Co-operative Court. [Smt. R. P. SondurBaldota, J.]
