Both counsel tendered the Consent Minutes of Order dated 16th April, 2018 signed by the petitioners and the respondent and their Advocates. The respondent has agreed to accept Rs.2,00,000/- in full and final settlement and the respondent is at liberty to withdraw the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- deposited in this Court. Petitioner Nos.1 to 4 and the Respondent are present in the Court. As far as Petitioner No.5 is concerned, she is bed ridden and therefore thumb impression is obtained in presence of an Advocate. In view of the provisions made in clause (4) after the respondent withdraw a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- the petitioners will be entitled to receive balance along with accrued interest, if any. 11.w32.15.doc deposited is invested in a fixed deposit the same shall be pre-maturely encashed. In view of the aforesaid settlement there will be an order in terms of Minutes signed by the parties and their Advocates. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
