Heard Mr. Oak, learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

This is an application for bringing heirs and legal representatives of the sole petitioner, who died on 05.12.2017. There is a delay of 177 days caused in filing the application. As the Contempt Petition is pending admission and notices are not issued as also for the reasons set out in the application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out within 3 weeks from today. Civil Application is disposed of.
