It is Petitioner's case that his employers have deposited a sum of Rs.11,52,083/- by way of demand draft dated 08th May 2008 with the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. From the praecipe it is not clear in which proceedings this amount has been deposited though a copy of the said demand draft is annexed to Writ Petition No.669 of 2021. This Writ Petition No.669 of 2021 has been deposed by consent order dated 15th March 2022.

Registry is directed to provide a report/note on this amount and also mention therein in which proceedings the amount came to be lgc 1/2

2 (903) IA-19646.22.doc deposited. Report/note to be submitted within one week from today and copy thereof shall be provided to Mr. Pravin Pandurang Shinde - the Petitioner/Applicant.

Further Petitioner has filed Interim Application No.19646 of 2022 (Interim Application Lodging No.23551 of 2022). We have considered the prayers in the Interim Application. These prayers cannot be granted since Writ Petition No.669 of 2021 has already been disposed. Petitioner may take such further proceedings as advised.

Interim Application dismissed.
