This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the order acquitting the respondent of an offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The delay is of 12 days. For the reason assigned in paragraphs- 9 and 10, the Talwalkar
