1) Heard. Learned APP submits that the trial of Sessions Case No. 57/2011 has commenced. Learned Sessions Judge has recorded substantive evidence of two witnesses. Applicant is seeking bail in Sessions Case No. 57/2011.

2) In view of this, applicant is not entitled for grant of bail. Learned counsel Shri. A. G. Toraskar has assisted the Court and has put in the best of efforts to espouse the cause of the applicant. His professional fees are quantified to the tune of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid to him within three months from today.

Application stands disposed of.
