In view of the fact that the Family Court itself is taken up for final hearing and decided on merits vide judgment of even date, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

The Civil Application stands dismissed as infructuous.

b.

The Review Petition stands rejected, as the application for condonation of delay stood dismissed.

c.

No order as to costs.
