After arguing the matter for some time, as the Court is not inclined to grant the bail, Mr. Sandhyanshiv, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after taking instructions seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
