Learned APP, on instructions, submits that applicant no.1 be directed to handover the mobile phone of the applicant no.1 to the concerned police for investigation. It is also submitted that applicant no.1 be directed to provide his voice samples for the purpose of investigation. Learned advocate, on instructions, submits that the mobile phone of applicant no.1 will be handed over to the investigating officer and applicant no.1 shall attend the concerned police station for providing voice samples, as and when called for by the investigating officer. Criminal Application No.1044 of 2018, stands disposed of.
List Anticipatory Bail Application No.1312 of 2018, on Board on 25th September, 2018.
