It is pointed out by the applicants that the respondents - petitioners have not complied with the order dated 17th July, 2019. It is further pointed out that prejudice is caused to the applicants as the status quo is running against them. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that amendment inadvertently remained to be carried out. He submits that amendment will be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from today.

In the interest of justice a further period of 2 weeks is granted to carry out amendment in terms of the order dated 17th July, 2019.
