By this Civil Application, applicant corporation is seeking condonation of 5 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Decree dated 18th April, 2019 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay in L.C. Suit No. 2046 of 2016. 3.
