2) I am informed that proceedings under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act initiated by the Applicant pending on the file of Court at Kalyan which are duly attended by the non-applicant. 3) Considering the distance between Solapur and Kalyan and the fact that parties lastly resided together at Kalyan, in my opinion, the issue of hardship has to be weighed in favour of the Applicant. 1/2

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the Marriage Petition No. A-200 of 2019 filed before the Ld. Family Court, Solapur, Dist. Solapur to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Kalyan, Taluka- Kalyan, Dist- Thane.
