Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 inform that consent terms are already filed in Petition No.A-29 of 2016 in Family Court at Bandra, where request for dissolving marriage by mutual consent is Megha 1/2

Megha 7_apl_1006_2018.doc pending. Agreed amount of Rs.7,00,000/- to be received by Respondent No.2 is also deposited in that Court on 4.5.2018. 5.
