By this Application, the Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad i. e. 29.09.2017 to 04.10.2017 to Congo, Africa and from 07.10.2017 to 14.10.2017 to Italy.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that on previous occasions, this Court had permitted the Applicant to travel abroad and

Learned APP does not dispute the same.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed on the following terms & conditions:- O R D E R (i) The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad from 29.09.2017 to 04.10.2017 to Congo, Africa and from 07.10.2017 to 14.10.2017 to Italy;

(ii) The Applicant shall furnish his itinerary i. e. places where he intends to stay during this stay at Congo, Africa and Italy to the investigating officer of the concerned police station and on return, shall also keep the concerned police station informed. 7.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed.
