O R D E R
(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant Hozefa Abbas Amreliwala in ABA No.2621/2022 and applicant Arun Lalit Khanna in ABA No.
1796/2022 in connection of C.R.No.81/2022 registered with Amboli police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties of the like amount.
(b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
(c) The Applicants shall make themselves available as and when required by the Investigating Officer. ABA No.2621/2022 and ABA No.1796/2022 are allowed in the aforestated terms.
In view of disposal of ABA No1796/2022, IA No.2414/2022 do not surrive and is disposed off. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
