Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :
i.
An amount of Rs.19 Lacs deposited in this Court, shall be transferred to the Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune.
ii.
The Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune shall invest the said amount of Rs. 19 Lacs initially for a period of six months in fixed deposit of a nationalized bank. iii.
The amount of Rs.19 Lacs shall be disbursed as per the final order passed by
Nitin 2 / 2 943-WP-10681-2017.sxw the Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune in Reference (IT) No. 30 of 2015. iv.
The Petitioner undertakes to pay to the employees, who are in service, an amount of Rs. 3,000/- per month from October-2017 until further orders. The undertaking is accepted.
v.
The Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune shall dispose of Reference (IT) No. 30 of 2015 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order. vi.
The Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune shall not grant any adjournment to the parties and / or their Advocates unless absolutely necessary. vii.
Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune on 2 nd November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., produce a copy of this order before the Industrial Tribunal Maharashtra at Pune and obtain necessary directions.
viii.
All contentions of the parties are kept open. ix.
